Where are your closeouts items come from?
Our closeouts items are either canceled orders from clients or surplus stock produced by the factories.
Can we request a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Sample can be provided for free, but you will nned to cover the express shipping cost. Since closeout items sell quickly, we recommend reviewing the product photos or videos to make prompt decisions.
How do we place an order
Once your order is confirmed, we require a 30% deposit. After receiving the deposit, we will deliver the goods to a warehouse in Ningbo, where you or a third-party QA can inspect the goods before container loading.
What is the payment terms?
30% deposit and balanced before container loading.
How can we make payments? Do you accept Paypal or credit card?
Payments should be made via bank transfer only according to the invoice issued by Transourcing. We only accept Bank to Bank transfer. Paypal and Credit card is unacceptable.
Can you repackage items with our custom designs?
Yes. We can provide repackaging services with your custom designs. The cost for this service will be quoted separately.
Are closeout stocks only available in bulk quantities?
Quantity are negotiable. However, we do not cater to very small quantities.
